 Woody's has returned, and the new owner is sticking with the original formulas.
Woody's was first introduced in 1946 when a fellow named Woody Morse produced the first jar for sale. When basting, the rich, hickory-flavored Cook'in Sauce tends to cook into and through the meat better than many other sauces that may tend to burn. With the added zing of pineapple juice, the Sweet 'n Sour Sauce takes it up another notch, especially on or with foods having an asian, tropical or seafood theme.
Woody's sauces are nearly perfect on any type of meat, but they also add life to baked beans and casseroles and are great for dipping. If it walked, flew or swam, brush some on.
