Edinburgh Preserves Ltd is a company whose sharp rise to popularity has been due to the quality and diversity of the product range it offers. In 1994 we realised that there was an opening and a demand in the Scottish condiments market for a product that was produced in Scotland, followed wonderful Scottish recipes and used home grown ingredients which were both wholesome and above all natural in origin.

Situated in the arable farmlands that surround Scotland's capital, the country kitchen is an ideal location for sourcing the finest ingredients that Scotland produces in order to create a range that maintains the tradition and reputation of preserve making in Scotland.

Edinburgh preserves has become probably the most highly regarded name in Scotland for premium condiment sauces and preserves. To reflect this we have won a number of top awards. The Great Taste Awards are the United Kingdom's fine food Oscars. The Awards seek to define the very best speciality foods from around the world and set them apart from the mainstream.

A Gold medal in the Great Taste Awards is reputedly the highest accolade any food can achieve and here at Edinburgh Preserves we are proud that our range has attracted such an award.
