Luckily for Albert Cole, the book containing the family secret ingredients was passed down to him and sixty seven years ago he created a spectacular pudding based on his great grandmother’s finest recipe.

At first Albert Cole’s puddings were produced in small quantities for local people. His dark and luxurious pudding was rich in traditional ingredients yet light in texture, evocative of the sweetness of childhood Christmases.
Today, Cole’s name is synonymous with fruity, fragrant and indulgent puddings and cakes.
