Since 1852, when Paolo Biffi opened his elegant Cake Shop (Offelleria) in Corso Magenta in Milan, up until today, the cakes and desserts of the Biffi Traditional Patisserie have continued to be distinguished by the quality of their ingredients and the care exercised in their production.
Paolo Biffi's great cake-making tradition relives in all its refined goodness in the Christmas cakes. In particular, the Panettone, the most typical Milanese speciality, so good and so inimitable that it was in demand all over Europe and the world, is still today prepared strictly according to the original recipe, kneaded with care and finished by hand.
