The first challenge was to maintain the flavor while producing large volumes. It is always easy to make 12 oz. of something in your kitchen. After a few test runs we figured it out and the Sierra French Vinaigrette was born again in the autumn of 2003. I chose the "Sierra" theme because the roots of my family that created the recipe back in the 1890's, are from a little town called Quincy in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. The product is packed in San Antonio, Texas where I currently live. After some early success and getting great feedback we created the second flavor, Herbal Italian. As time goes by we will expand the product line only if I truly believe we can offer something that is unique and of high quality.
